What is a flex Pass

  • Instead of purchasing tickets to a specific show, choose one of the available flex pass options. (You may purchase more than one flex pass to include family or friends. All passes you purchase will be in your name and linked to your email in in our ticketing service.)

How to Purchase A Flex Pass

  1. Purchasing a flex pass is as easy as buying a ticket. Follow the links above to complete your pruchase.
  2. You can also call the box office to buy your flex pass during box office hours, Tues – Fri/ 11AM – 3PM / 650.349.6411 ext. 2 

How to Use the Flex Pass

  1. To redeem the Flex Pass for tickets log in here with the email address and password that you used to purchase the flex pass.
  2. Select, the performance and date you would like to attend. Select your seats as usual. You may purchase additional seats at the same time.
  3. If you have flex pass tickets still available, you will be automatically asked if you wish to use them. (Once you have used all your flex pass tickets, that option will no longer appear.) Complete your “ticket purchase.”
  4. If you prefer, call the box office to book your seats during box office hours, Tues – Fri/ 11AM – 3PM / 650.349.6411 ext. 2

The sooner you redeem for seats, the better the seat availability!
Note that Flex Passes are good for the 2026-2027 season only and will expire on May 9th, 2027.

Brigitte (she/hers)  is a native Bay Area actress and theatre maker. When Brigitte is not on the stage she is taking your calls managing the Hillbarn Box office. Brigitte Is very excited to be back performing on the Hillbarn stage with such an incredible wealth of bay area talent. Some past roles include Ensemble/swing in Kinky Boots (ROLT), Kelly Manning in The Mad Ones & Heather Chandler in Heathers (PSP), Ali in Mamma Mia (San Jose Stage Co), Poppy in Noises Off (Hillbarn Theatre), Little Red Riding Hood in Into the Woods (LASC).
