Season, individual, and group ticket purchases may be made securely online, by phone, by mail or in person at Hillbarn Theatre & Conservatory (1285 East Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City CA 94404). Hillbarn Theatre accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
All sales are final. All sales are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged, credited to your Hillbarn Theatre Customer account, or converted into a tax-deductable donation within 48 hours of performance. Within 48 hour window of performance, all sales are final, no credits or exchanges will be provided.
Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied to tickets that have already been purchased. If you’re having trouble applying your discount code please call or email the box office for further assistance.
Group sales can be done online and via the Box office. For Groups of 10+ we offer $5 off per Adult and Senior ticket. For larger groups or special group sales please contact the Box Office to make your reservation.
RECEIPT OF TICKETS
Purchased tickets can be printed at home, picked up at Will Call, or presented on your mobile device. Purchased tickets are available under the customer’s name for pick up at Will Call within 1 hour of performance time.
Subscribers can exchange their ticket with no additional fee. When exchanging from a preview night to any other performance, you will be asked to pay the difference in ticket price. Tickets may be exchanged for the production you originally purchased or any other show in the current season.
All seating is assigned. Your seat number can be found on your ticket. Handicapped & companion seats are available for all performances and can only be purchased through the box office. Customers requiring special seating consideration due to a medical condition should notify the box office staff when purchasing tickets.
Plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled performance time. Please enter through the front door where House Staff will check your ID and Vaccination Card.. Latecomers will be seated completely at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and audience. Tickets that are not redeemed when the show begins may be released for resale at the discretion of the box office staff and house manager.
In the event of cancellation we will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements for an alternative date or with refund options.
SHOW TITLE CHANGES
Season titles are subject to change. On very rare occasions, Hillbarn Theatre & Conservatory may change a show(s) that has been announced. Hillbarn will always substitute a show that is comparable to the one being substituted. We will contact ticket holders and inform them as soon as possible.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food & Beverages purchased from our concessions bar may be consumed on our outdoor patio area. No food or beverages are allowed in the theatre.
CONSERVATORY ENROLLMENT AND CAMP
Reimbursement Conservatory Cancellation Policy: All Sales are Final. If your child is unable to participate, we can offer the value as credit on your account.
SummerStage Cancellation Policy: If your child(ren) is unable to participate in SummerStage after they have been enrolled, we are able to offer a full refund on or before April 15th, minus a $50 processing fee/hold spot fee. After April 15th, the enrollment reservation returns to the standard cancellation policy.
Please understand we structure our programs and hire teachers according to enrollment. Once a camp has begun, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
**We know that sometimes things come up that are emergencies that can’t be controlled, so we reserve the right to waive the cancellation policy pending circumstances.**
