Hillbarn Gala Goes Virtual

Dear friends,

Our BBQ gala was to be the first in-person fundraising event since returning to the theater. As with any gala, the goal is to raise funds to produce the upcoming season as well to build funds for the future. Looking at the ticket sales for our scheduled BBQ gala, and the costs associated with producing the event, we feel we have made the responsible choice to pivot to an online auction, ensuring that all funds donated go directly to the art on our stage.

While we won’t be gathering in-person on the 17th, there are plenty of opportunities for you to support Hillbarn and the artists we employ. The first would be to follow THIS LINK to our active online auction where you will find a variety of unique experiences, one of a kind opportunities and incredible gifts for you and your friends and family to bid on. The online auction will be live and available through June 17th at 3:30pm (pst).

For 82 seasons we have not been able to do this without you. The same is true for our 83rd. All bidding and donations go directly towards continuing to produce award winning art in your hometown theatre.

We look forward to many opportunities in the future to gather in-person to celebrate this art form we all hold so dearly.

Let’s get bidding!

Steve
