	What are the box office hours? The box office is open Tuesday through Friday from 11AM until 2PM. It is also open one hour before show time. What are the ticket prices? The prices are determined by the date of the performance, not by seat location. See ticket sales for details. How are ticket prices set? Friday night openings are a little more expensive because Hillbarn serves a light buffet, champagne and cider. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and all the same price. Prices for youth 18 and under are $17. What is preview night and what can I expect? There is a "preview" the night before opening night. This final dress rehearsal was co-created and co-sponsored by the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department and they actually receive some of the proceeds for the evening. As a rehearsal, the show can be stopped although that rarely occurs. This event was created to give our actors an experience of doing the show in front of live audience before opening night. Tickets are available for sale at the Parks and Recreation Department, 650 Shell Blvd., or at Hillbarn Theatre. Seating is General Admission; the price for adults and children is $17. These seats are not reserved and there is no show program handed out. How can I exchange my seat to a different date? Call the box office to let us know your name, the performance for which you have a ticket and we'll gladly change it to a different date. If the date you are changing it to is more than your original seat, there will be a small upgrade charge. We cannot guarantee that you will get the same seat. Forty-eight hours notice is appreciated. What is a group rate? If you purchase 16 or more adult tickets for a single performance date, we will reduce the price of each ticket by $2. These tickets must be purchased as a single order. Later on, if people want to be added to the group, we'll also reduce their ticket price but only for that performance. Do you have to pay all at once for the group? You just have to pay for half the tickets and the remainder can be paid two weeks before the show date. We have an agreement form that needs to be signed in these cases. What are the advantages of being a subscriber? You will get up to 21% off our single ticket price and your seats will be in the best location. See the benefits of subscribing in the Ticket section. What are the terms of purchasing my single ticket (non subscription ticket)? Normally, there are no refunds or exchanges. However, because our houses sometimes have plenty of availability, we will, on a first come first serve basis, allow exchanges. Exchanges made more than two times will be subject to an exchange fee. All sales are final. Is it safe to leave my credit card number on the telephone or on your website? Yes. Our system is very secure. To order we need your name, address, phone number, the performance date, and how many seats you want. Also, how many are children (14 and under) and how many are adults. We will need your Visa or Master card number with the expiration date. Once the order has been processed, no one can see your credit card number as the middle eight numbers are in code. After we process your order, you will receive a confirmation call. There are no additional charges. These orders can be placed at any hour. Does it cost more to order tickets through our website? No. There are no added charges to your credit card when ordering this way. These orders can be placed at any hour. Where are the best seats located? This is up to the individual. Some like the intimacy of being in the front and some like the larger view that a seat further back affords. Generally speaking, at Hillbarn Theatre, which is a very intimate theatre with 175 seats, every seat is truly a good seat. The furthest seat away is only 40 feet from the stage! Try us and find out! Our box office employees at Hillbarn Theatre will extend every courtesy to you. Do you have any devices available for the hearing impaired? We have assisted listening devices available free of charge at the box office. You only need to leave your license or credit card as a deposit and when you return the devise, we return your identification. What is your handicap capacity? Our theatre is on ground level so wheelchair access is easy; we will place you in the front row in house right. We will launch a capital campaign in the fall to build handicap accessible bathrooms and doors into the lobby but that is currently not available. We are committed to this access. What is your Conservatory? We train children 4-18 in theatre arts: acting, singing and dancing. In all programs, we have classes taught by such professionals as Joe Duffy.
