Hillbarn Theatre Conservatory Cancellation Policy

$50 cancellation fee from the time of deposit to two weeks prior to start date of class or program.  In other words, should you cancel from the program two weeks or more (14 days or more) prior to the first day of classes, we will refund you minus a $50.00 administrative fee.

50% cancellation fee from two weeks prior to start date to first day of class or program.  In other words, should you cancel- between 13 days before a session begins and the actual start date-FIRST DAY of the program, we will refund you one-half  (1/2) of the full amount that you paid to us.

100% cancellation fee from 2nd day of class or program.  In other words, should you begin the program, but decide as of day two of the session or later that you would like to cancel, there is no refund.

ALL cancellations must be in writing via time and date stamped email from you to us.  Thus, alleviating any question as to when you have cancelled and requested a refund (if applicable per the date and time of your cancellation).  These policies are non-negotiable.
