Hillbarn Theatre Conservatory Cancellation Policy

You must cancel IN PERSON at the Box Office or VIA EMAIL (a time and date stamped email from you to us.)  You may not cancel by phone. These policies are non-negotiable.

From the date of your deposit and enrollment up to 14 days prior to start date of class or program - ($50 fee)

You will be reimbursed 100% of the amount of tuition for the class/production less a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel your enrollment more than 14 days prior to the first class.

Within 14 Days of the start date of program - (50% Tuition)

You will be reimbursed 50% of the amount of tuition if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the class/production.

After the 1st day of the program - (75% Tuition)

We allow each student one class to decide whether or not they like the course, so you will be reimbursed 25% of the amount of tuition for the class/production if you decide to leave after the first class.

After the 2nd day of the program

No reimbursement.
