Some of the best songs ever written will delight your senses:  With Every Breath I TakeLost and FoundYou're Nothing Without Me.   Swing to theaward-winning score of legendary Broadway composer Cy Coleman with a live, 15 piece orchestra under the direction of Hillbarn's Resident Music Director Greg Sudmeier and the song stylings of the quartet, the Angel City 4 an existing jazz quartet,"Sing Theory;" they are a modern vocal quartet, dedicated to uniquely interpreting jazz and pop standards.

 

Angels focuses on two stories: one about "real life" and the other about "reel life." The "real-life" scenes are in color and the "reel-life" scenes, which contain a mystery, in black and white. City of Angels chronicles the misadventures of Hollywood author Stine and we meet Stone, Stine's alter-ego detective who sidles through a Hollywood netherworld of vicious thugs and femmes fatales. 

City of Angels performs at Hillbarn Theatre September 1-25.
